Proctor Valley Road Speeders a Threat to Local Residential Safety

Proctor Valley Road posts a speed limit of 35MPH.

I am upset by speeders on Proctor Valley Road. I was nearly t-boned this weekend.

I signaled and slowed down and was turning into my driveway. Guy going 60MPH—at the least—passed me on the left. I am totally fed up with traffic from Eastlake, but lucky to not have been killed.

Thirty-five is a suggestion to Eastlake drivers as are the stop signs. This is not the first time! I have lost track of how many times I have almost been rear ended.
